Founded in 1962 as a design and development firm,
we grew by winning contract work
from manufacturers in the Keihanshin region
that drove Japan's rapid economic growth.
In our nearly 60-year history,
we have built trust with many client companies

as a group of engineers with
roots in design and development.
Our engineers are active in
diverse fields for major companies
in the automotive, consumer electronics, industrial
and medical equipment, and telecommunications industries.
They work with electric vehicles,
fuel cell vehicles and other eco-cars,
driver assistance technology, race cars,
semiconductor lithography equipment,
industrial robots, system and application development, etc.,

The growth of our individual engineers is essential
in meeting the advanced needs of our client companies.
All Artner engineers are hired as full-time employees.
After joining, they study in the technical fields of
Software, Electronics, and Machinery
at our learning centers in East and West Japan,
as well as our Utsunomiya and Nagoya offices,
undergoing basic training
for fundamental knowledge and skills.
They also go through customized training
targeted to specific client companies.
Once they are assigned to client companies,
they take career support courses
