Shibaura Machine aims to realize “New 3S” with high-productivity and low-environmental-burden die casting machines.

Compared with the conventional model, the DC850R2 features increased locking force, the new TOSCAST-999 control unit, an electric die-locking mechanism, and a high-grade hydraulic servo-valve injection unit as standard.
It is expected to improve quality across a wide variety of products, both thick- and thin-walled.
The servo-hydraulic power source significantly reduces power consumption, while the electric die-locking unit helps reduce CO₂ emissions.
Fluctuations in molten metal supply volume are controlled by a new intensification-start control, which shortens pressurizing time, enhances safety, and stabilizes internal quality.
